During the visit, students had the chance to tour the ASPRA production line, accompanied by KSE UNAIR organizers and ASPRA staff. This hands-on experience allowed students to witness the operations behind the scenes while gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in running a business. The session covered essential topics such as the company’s approach to marketing and the management of employees to achieve optimal performance.
In addition to the informative session, participants were invited to take part in fun mini-games with prizes, which were held after the presentation.
