management of PT. Asia Pramulia (ASPRA) is committed to human resource development to support sustainable business activities, by holding regular Leadership events to form new potentials in human resource development.
“Employees are important axes in the company, so we will continue to develop our employees with the aim of improving the company’s performance, we do events like this routinely every 2 years, in addition to this event we also routinely conduct competency training for all our employees,” said Mr. Ricky Winoto as President Director of PT. Asia Pramulia.
This event lasted for 2 days at the Ubaya Training Center (UTC) Trawas, in addition to improving the leadership of the participants, this activity was also accompanied by an Independence Ceremony to coincide with August 17, 2024 to build an employee sense of Nationalism.
The number of participants in this activity reached 170 employees consisting of leaders at PT. Asia Pramulia
“We really enjoyed this event, in addition to increasing our value, it also increased the togetherness of the team, who were not very familiar with each other because the different divisions at this event can blend and get to know each other, I hope activities like this can build a sense of belonging for all ASPRA employees,” said one of the outing participants.
