TOGETHER FOR A GREENER TOMORROW
DID YOU KNOW?

Based on its origin, circulating plastic waste is categorized into two types: Post-Manufacture Recycle (PMR) and Post-Consumer Recycle (PCR).
Post-Manufacture Recycle (PMR) refers to plastic waste generated from production residues, either from plastic manufacturing plants or packaging factories. These materials do not meet quality standards and are therefore classified as industrial plastic waste.
Post-Consumer Recycle (PCR), on the other hand, consists of waste produced by end users after consuming products packaged in plastic. This includes household waste and other discarded plastic packaging.
Aspra is a manufacturing company with zero waste production. Any product that does not meet quality standards is reprocessed into either the same product or alternative high value product.
Aspra specializes in manufacturing rigid plastic products using Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polyethylene (PE), and Polypropylene (PP). Due to the high-grade nature of our packaging, specifically designed for food applications, the post-consumer recycled materials from our products retain significant value and can be repurposed into a wide range of derivative products.
WE ARE ZERO WASTE MANUFACTURING

ASPRA reprocess own Post Manufacture Recycled (PMR) into valuable products.
WE MAKE SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS FOR YOUR CONSCIOUS BUSINESS

Did You Know?
The clothes we wear labeled “Polyester” are actually made from recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), resin code 01. Additionally, dacron used in bedding, sofas, pillows, jackets, and stuffed toys is also derived from recycled PET plastic.
Aspra’s Production Capacity
Aspra’s production consists of:
- 65% from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)
- 20% from Polypropylene (PP)
- 15% from other materials, such as Polyethylene (PE), PMMA, and more
COMMITMENT TO PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT
Proper waste management, such as categorizing waste correctly, plays a crucial role in reducing plastic waste in society. Aspra is committed to educating communities on how to manage Post-Consumer Recycle (PCR) plastic waste, raising awareness about the importance of waste separation to facilitate the recycling process.
