Asia, as well as President Commissioner at PT Bioplast Unggul and PT. Asia Plastik. In addition, he serves as Commissioner at CV Asia Maju, PT Yuwono Jaya Mandiri, PT Permata Chandra, and as a Partner at CV Himpunan Abadi and CV Intimas Abadi.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (2010) from Petra Christian University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ciputra University, Surabaya. Currently, he serves as the Business Development Manager at PT. Asia Plastik.
ADY PUTERA SETYO PRIBADI

Indonesian citizen, 40 years of age, has been serving as the Company’s Commissioner since Feb 2025. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (2005) Airlangga University and a Master's of accounting (2008) from Airlangga University, Surabaya. Currently, he serves as partner at PKF Indonesia. He has more than 20Years Experience in Financial Auditing. He has experience in providing audit and assurance services to domestic and multinational companies, including public listed companies. He is a member of the Indonesian Instititute of Accountant (IAI) and Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant (IAPI). His professional certifications are Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA). His industry expertise covers the following areas: Contractors, Real Estate, Manufacturing, School, Services, Hotel, Pension Fund, Mining and Trading.

Indonesian citizen, 48 years of age, has been serving as the Company’s President Director since September 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Surabaya (1998). Currently, he also serves as the Director of CV. Cinta Kemasan Cantik (since 2023). He has more than 30 years experience in plastic industry including extrusion blow molding, injection molding, and blow molding. He started his career in the plastic industry. He joined the company since 1999 as assistant technical manager (1999 - 2000), technical manager (2000- 2002), plant manager (2002 - 2012), president director of the company (2012 to present)
ROMANUS MARSTAN
Director
Indonesian citizen, 45 years of age, has been serving as the Company’s Director since Oct 2024. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Petra Christian University, Surabaya (2003). Currently, he also holds the position of President Director at PT. Asia Kemasan Cantik and Director at CV. Rumah Kemasan Cantik.
He started his career in marketing. Joined the company since 2005 as marketing manager, company commissioner (2012 - 2024), marketing director (since 2024)

Indonesian citizen, 29 years of age, has been serving as the Company’s Director since Oct 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Maranatha Christian University (2015).
Currently, he also holds the position of Corporate Secretary at the company and also as Director at PT. Masiga Food Indonesia.
He started his career in banking, auditing, and business consulting. He joined the company in 2017 as accounting supervisor (2017 - 2024), distribution and marketing manager (2019 - 2024), and finance director of the company (since 2024)
